Another Chance Animal Welfare League is collecting jewelry for a big jewelry sale in November. If you have any pieces in your drawer that you no longer wear you can donate it, and help the homeless pets. Drop it off at the Thrift store in the Holiday Market shopping center Palo Cedro, or contact them directly.

NEWS BULLETIN: $5000 for Spay & Neuter Voucher/Adoption Program!
Shasta Animal Welfare Foundation is donating a total of $5000 towards this program to help the homeless or abandoned dogs and cats.
Due to fantastic success of Shasta Animal Welfare Foundation’s Spay and Neuter Voucher program which increased the adoption rate from previous periods, which in turn lowers the kill rate, Shasta Animal Welfare Foundation’s is now extending the $30 Spay & Neuter Voucher program from March 1, to August 31, 2010 or until the vouchers run out. The $30 Spay and Neuter vouchers will be available through the Shasta County Animal Shelter 2690 Radio Lane, Redding, 245-6065 for persons who adopt through the shelter.
