Sanctuary Renovation Project

All of our financial resources go to support the rescue animals.
Every year we say "next year, we'll fix the place up," but then the vet and feed bills start piling up
and beautification takes a back seat yet again. Now we're reaching out to the public for help and the response has been wonderful. Here are stories and photos of what has been accomplished so far.

Last year, Katie's parents moved back from Oregon to help run the sanctuary. They moved an RV onto the property, but Holly, their senior rescue, couldn't climb all the steps. She could make it up 4 steps, but it was 5 steps to the top. She was afraid to try and had to be carried.
Thanks to a community donation of used lumber, we built a deck along the bottom step. That's all Holly needed to get up and down without any trouble.

Our next project is a cattery, built around a generous donation of old speaker boxes--just the right size and shape for cat beds.
