Dora's Story
Hi!
My name is Dora. I am named after Dora the explorer, because I am into everything and afraid of nothing.
I don’t weigh much and can squeeze into the tiniest places so my mom says I don’t have any bones.
I am now 4. A little over a year ago I had complications with my eyes so they had to be removed. I like it better because now they aren’t always putting drops in my eyes and I don’t get headaches anymore.
FYI I can catch a fly in mid-air. I hold the house title of “Fly Catcher”. I am really proud of myself.
This is how I looked the first time Katie-Momma met me. |
Dora UPDATE 2016: I am now 5 Years old. After my eye removal I got to live with Frankie for a little while during my recovery. He is the Sanctuary Therapy Rabbit for us Fur Babies. I have my own indoor tree where you will find me most days. I love hidey holes too. I am so fast that when my peeps move something, I will find the hole and make myself at home before they can before they can fill it up again.
Our sanctuary runs on donations.
